ALARM has reduced its administrative overhead and maximised revenue streams, whilst enhancing member services and increasing membership numbers.
Having created the organisation’s new brand identity, the ALARM Board invited r//evolution to support them to drive efficiencies across the organisation. The objective was to reduce administration time, speed up membership applications and renewals and optimise revenue opportunities across the organisation.
Working with the ALARM team, we identified critical factors for success. New processes were planned, removing bottlenecks and maximising the efficacy of all systems. These requirements drove the solution specification, featuring automated renewals, systems integration with back office, purchasing options and better self-serve opportunities for members and visitors alike. A new platform was produced for ALARM which is the backbone of the organisation, significantly streamlining business process and enhancing customer experience to drive profitability across the organisation.
