The production of a digital transformation strategy and detailed cost schedule for the implementation of the new infrastructure to drive growth and future proof the business.
The starting point for this project was a CRM review, however, through initial consultations it was identified that the scope was significantly wider ranging. Dfibshop’s agenda was to simplify and streamline processes within the business and specify a tech stack capable of delivering against the business’ short/medium term growth ambitions.
A series of workshops & facilitated sessions were held with the senior leadership team and representatives from across all business units to understand and map out the tech infrastructure and processes currently used throughout the business. A requirements workshop was used to identify the emerging needs of the business against a 3-year growth strategy. The fitness for purpose of the systems and processes were evaluated against agreed criteria and best-in-class solutions identified to suit those needs, resulting in the re-imagining of the tech stack & systems architecture to sßupport the business and the refinement of all associated processes.
