The Brief.

Tyneside Home Improvements required a long-term marketing partner to help to deliver sustained business growth.  

In particular, the business identified the need for a full-service marketing solution to raise awareness of the brand throughout the region and increase leads and appointments by highlighting the outstanding service and quality experienced by its customers.

The Solution.

r//evolution provides an integrated marketing service to deliver maximum impact for Tyneside Home Improvements to meet business objectives. The team manages all areas of activity including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), paid search and Pay Per Click (PPC), content marketing, social media, lead nurturing, email marketing, PR, creative design and advertising.  

r//evolution initially designed and developed a new bespoke website with an emphasis on SEO including the creation of new content throughout the site to boost performance in search engines such as Google.  

r//evolution evaluated and rebuilt existing PPC campaigns in order to optimise the activity including updating and of keywords, new adverts and landing pages and improved targeting to significantly improve campaign quality to reduce average cost per clicks and make the most of the allocated budget. The addition of remarketing activity through Adwords was also introduced to keep leads engaged and encourage them to return to website to become a lead.  

Highly targeted social media advertising campaigns have been setup to target Tyneside Home Improvement’s key audiences to promote its wide-ranging home improvement services. Campaigns have also been introduced to complement their ongoing TV advertising schedule to run during relevant times; additional campaigns are targeting potential customers within postcodes that are receiving direct marketing activity including region-wide leaflet distribution which was also designed and managed by r//evolution.  

To complement this paid for social activity, organic social media activity is ongoing across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Instagram to drive people to the website to find out more about the wide breadth of services and enquire and promote content. 

Substantial content marketing activity including blogs and ebooks (which are optimised to support SEO activity) is tailored to engage the target audience, providing potential customers with valuable content aligned with their interests, concerns and queries about different home improvements. This puts Tyneside Home Improvements in prime position to be the go-to solution, as well as driving traffic to the new site.
