With an expanding apprenticeship offer, Newcastle City Learning required a complete brand refresh and a strategic approach to their marketing to raise awareness of their offer amongst employers and learners.
r//evolution was awarded the Newcastle City Learning contract following the presentation of a series of creative options as well as a focused marketing plan.
The brief was to target two specific audiences; learners and employers. r//evolution has developed and delivered creative and supporting narrative which very clearly defined each audience whilst maintaining brand creative consistency throughout.
In order to engage employers and learners to boost the uptake of apprenticeships, r//evolution delivered an integrated campaign to the specified target audiences through multiple channels including printed materials such as leaflets and banners, emails with telesales follow ups, on and off line advertising, social media management and large format outdoor media. In addition a series of case studies featuring successful apprentices and their employers were produced in print and film formats.
