Jaguar Land Rover needed to enhance the recruitment of apprentices to their Retailer Apprenticeship Programme, streamlining all stages of the recruitment process, monitoring equality and diversity and creating transparency on team performance through clear management reporting. The requirement was for a cloud-based, cross device solution.
The system requirements were gathered from the Jaguar Land Rover team users and developed into a detailed system specification. Consideration was given to both the front-end user experience, and to the back-end reporting, creating a robust end-to-end solution.
A customer data platform (CDP) was developed to deliver a world-class, on-brand application system. The platform ensures transparency across the decentralised team, making shared spreadsheets redundant. Manual processes were minimised, with integrations from third-party systems allowing seamless integration of data. Clear dashboards facilitate management reporting, including equality evidence and staff performance across UK wide business units.
