The Brief.

THI required a growth partner to catalyze business growth, following a period of slowed performance in an increasingly crowded marketplace.

The Solution.

A series of workshops were held with the senior leadership team to quickly and clearly identify the opportunities and challenges the business was facing.

We worked with the THI team to identify the best-fit buyer personas and introduced a range of complementary product offerings to broaden the business’ profile. Marketplace & competitor analysis identified the highest priority opportunities in what is a saturated market, with decreasing market share. A focus on differentiation and a refined value proposition combined to create enhanced market presence.

Growth strategies were aligned to business priorities, to deliver accelerated growth against a condensed timeline.

A highly optimised lead generation website was developed and integrated into a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and existing business software. This streamlined tech-stack enhanced the sales process, driving high-performing activity across lead generation, customer acquisition and customer nurturing resulting in rapid growth through the business.
