There has been an increase in online bookings for the Christmas pantomime from 25% of tickets booked through the website in the previous year to 40% of tickets.

Queen’s Hall wished to implement Spektrix ticketing system as its in-house box office software. Spektrix box office system is used by theatres, halls, opera houses and arts centres, allowing consumers to book tickets with an easy to use online system that allows customers to register or login, choose a delivery or collection method and choose their seats. Spektrix also integrates with in-house box office systems.
Our expert developers created a customised integration with the box office system allowing it to work seamlessly with the website, improving the user experience of the website and driving online ticket sales.
