Dfibshop’s agenda was to simplify and streamline processes within the business and specify a tech stack capable of delivering against the business’ short/medium term growth ambitions.

It's difficult to grow quickly without a targeted strategy to drive you towards your objectives. That doesn't have to mean never-ending projects, limitless investment and slow results.

A Revenue Growth Strategy is different to a traditional sales and marketing approach. Instead of committing to long projects and big budgets that don't generate a return for months (or even years) a growth sprint delivers better results much faster.
